Terms & Conditions

1. This ticket is sold by ZoukOut Pte Ltd (“The organiser”). The organiser and its contractors, nominees, agents and/or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever incurred or suffered by anyone in relation to the event.
2. The artiste, advertised programmes and the audience capacity  for the event are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organiser.
3. The minimum age to enter the venue is 18 and proof of age by photo identity document is required before entry is permitted.
4. The organiser may, at its sole discretion and without refund or compensation, refuse admission to any person whose conduct, in the opinion of the organizer, is disorderly or unbecoming.
5. Entry will be refused if tickets were not purchased from an authorised point of sale.
6. The organiser may postpone or cancel the event on any reasonable grounds.
7. The organiser shall not be liable to make any refund or to exchange any ticket(s) under any circumstances whatsoever, and any payment that the organiser may agree to make, shall be on a gratuitous basis.
8. No bottles, cans or tins are allowed to be brought into the venue.
9. No outside food and beverages are allowed to be brought into the venue.
10. Except for still photography, the use of video recorders, tape recorders or any other video recording equipment of any nature is prohibited. Any person found in the possession of such equipment will be askedto leave from the venue and all films, tapes and any other recording material, if found inside the venue, will be confiscated.
11. The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including, but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous or illegal substances. Any person found in possession of such items will be handed over to the police.
12. Admission to the venue constitutes the agreement and consent of the ticket holder, to be photographed, filmed, videotaped or otherwise recorded in connection with the event. It also constitutes the agreement and consent of the holder that his or her name, voice and likeness may be broadcasted, distributed or displayed in connection with any programme created from the event without compensation being paid to the ticket holder.
13. The organiser shall not be responsible for the safety of the ticket holder. The ticket holder agrees to assume all risk and danger incidental and/or related to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event.
